COTALAND is part of the greater Circuit of the Americas campus, home to COTA Karting, the Germania Insurance Amphitheater, and the iconic Circuit host to major motorsports events year-round. Consider staying at COTA Camping during your visit and enjoy a concert at the amphitheater.

Standard admission includes baseline access to all rides, shows, and attractions within the main theme park, parking not included. Some premium experiences and special events may require additional tickets or passes. Hot Lap and Speed City are premium add-on experiences and are not included with standard admission.

Certain dates may be designated as Blackout Dates for some or all Ticket or Pass types. Blackout Dates may be determined and published by COTALAND from time to time in COTALAND’s sole discretion and may include special events, major motorsport weekends, concerts, private events, Park buyouts, filming, and other campus activities.
Children under 3 years of age receive free admission. All guests aged 3 and older require a valid ticket or pass for entry.
Guests can upgrade a ticket to a Pro Pass or Champion Pass at Guest Services on the day of their visit. Pass upgrades are currently not available online.
Yes, Podium Pass access is available for purchase as a daily add-on. Podium Pass allows you to skip the regular line at most major attractions and access the exclusive Fast Lane. Podium Pass cannot be shared by guests. Podium Pass may use biometric data to facilitate speedy entry. Any use of biometric data will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of your ticket purchase and our Privacy Policy. To opt out of biometric data collection, please email Guest Services prior to your visit, or contact Guest Services on-site.
During peak operating dates, COTALAND reserves the right to impose cool down periods or other limitations on the use of Podium Pass to ensure all Guests’ enjoyment. Podium Pass is nontransferable and usable by a single individual only. In order to use Podium Pass, look for signage indicating the exclusive queue lane at participating rides. Participants must meet all posted ride restrictions and requirements.
COTALAND reserves the right to incorporate the use of biometric data into park admissions and other pass products. Any use of biometric data will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of your ticket purchase and our Privacy Policy. If offered, Membership allows you to spread the cost of your annual pass across 12 equal monthly payments with an initial deposit, plus applicable taxes and fees. A valid credit card is required for enrollment.
You can display your tickets on your mobile device at the entrance gates. If you don't have mobile access, visit our Guest Services window with your confirmation number and photo ID.

Yes, we offer special discounted admission for active and retired military personnel with valid ID. Military family members also receive discounted rates with military personnel present. Tickets with military discounts will be available for purchase only on-site at Guest Services.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, including for unused tickets, inclement weather, or personal schedule changes. In some cases, dated tickets may be eligible for a one-time date or time change (subject to availability and price differences). In the case of inclement weather, certain experiences may be rescheduled by COTALAND in its sole discretion, subject to availability. No. Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the person for whom they were purchased. Valid ID may be required. This policy helps us protect guests from fraud and ensure accurate admission and capacity management.
Hand stamps, valid COTALAND ticket, and photo ID are required for same-day re-entry. Please exit through designated turnstiles to receive your hand stamp.
Yes, general and preferred parking is available for a daily fee. Accessible parking is also available (for a daily fee) near the entrance with a valid placard or license plate. Annual and daily parking passes are not valid during COTA Events or Blackout Dates (unless otherwise noted), including annual parking passes incorporated as part of Champion Pass and Pro Pass. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for guests with special dietary needs, allergies, or baby food/formula. Outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstances. All guests must meet height, weight, and health requirements posted at each attraction. Loose articles, including bags, must be stored in provided compartments or with non-riding guests. For safety reasons, some attractions may not accommodate guests with certain physical conditions. Rides may not be suitable for all guests. You should not ride if you have a history of medical issues or have any condition or impairment that would prevent the intended use of seating and safety restraints as provided or an inability to follow any safety requirements. For everyone’s safety, we strictly enforce these requirements.
Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a supervising companion who is at least 18 years old.
Pets are not permitted at COTALAND. Only trained service animals are permitted inside COTALAND. A service animal is a dog or miniature horse that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Service animals must be leashed and under the control of the owner at all times. Service animals may not be permitted to ride certain attractions or to access certain areas, for the safety of the animal and other guests. Emotional support animals and comfort animals are not considered service animals. Service animals must be housebroken and well-mannered and may not enter any water features. Inappropriate behaviors (e.g., barking, growling, jumping, lunging, or biting) will be addressed by COTALAND staff. Yes, strollers, wheelchairs, and electric convenience vehicles are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis at the main entrance. A limited number of advanced rentals may be available online.
Lockers of various sizes are available for rent near the main entrance and in various locations throughout the park.
We accept major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, debit cards, COTALAND gift cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All attractions and vendors within the park are cashless. Reverse ATMs are available for guests that would like to convert their cash into a prepaid debit card.
Lost and Found is located at Guest Services. Found items are kept for a limited time. Unclaimed items will be considered abandoned property and may be donated or discarded after seven days in accordance with our policy. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. Items should be stored appropriately prior to boarding rides, and items lost on rides may not be recoverable or may be retrieved after the park closes and put in Lost and Found.
COTALAND remains open during light to moderate rain. Some outdoor attractions may temporarily close during inclement weather and will reopen when conditions permit. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, including for unused tickets, inclement weather, or personal schedule changes, unless required by law. Certain premium experiences, such as the Hot Lap program, may be subject to reschedule based on track availability, and at COTALAND’s sole discretion.

Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Some attractions have specific clothing requirements for safety reasons. Shirts and shoes are required at all times except in designated water attraction areas. Clothing with suggestive or explicit language or insulting statements is considered inappropriate attire. Park admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate.

COTALAND will host seasonal and other special events throughout the year. Some special events may coincide with major motorsports at the Circuit of The Americas (e.g. the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix, MotoGP Grand Prix of the Americas, Lone Star Le Mans Endurance Race, and the NASCAR EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix). Any-day tickets and annual passes to COTALAND may not provide entry during special events; these special events will be included under Blackout Dates if such ticket products do not grant access. During certain special events hosted by Circuit of The Americas (“COTA Events”), such as the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix, a ticket to access the event itself at Circuit of The Americas and purchase of a COTALAND wristband or upgrade will be required to access available COTALAND attractions.

Plan on arranging a meeting place and time should your party become separated. Guest Relations can hold messages for separated party members, and our employees will take children who have been separated from their family or group here to be reunited.
Yes, there will be many shaded areas throughout the part to seek refuge from the Texas heat. Guests are also welcome to explore our Turn 20 building with AC.
Personal photography and video recording are welcome in most areas of the park. However, cameras must not interfere with the enjoyment or safety of other guests. Use of tripods, monopods, or selfie sticks is prohibited on rides and attractions. Please do not take photographs and videos of other guests without their permission. During certain special events, photography and video recording may be subject to additional terms and restrictions. These may be found in the terms and conditions attached to your purchase of a ticket to that event (if sold separately from COTALAND access or admission).
All commercial photography or video production requires prior written approval. Unauthorized commercial use of images taken in the park is prohibited.
By entering the park, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded for promotional, security, or safety purposes without compensation.
For safety and privacy, drones and other aerial devices are prohibited in the park and surrounding areas.
